Please Note

• All room prices include our full list of breakfast choices
• Please let us know at the time of the booking if your stay is for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary etc..)
• If required, we can add an extra fold up bed to any of the rooms at an additional cost of £25.00
• Please let us know if your expected arrival time when you make your booking
• A deposit must be paid at the time of booking (cheque made payable to Mrs K E Miles)
• We regret that we are unable to accept credit cards
• Smoking is not permitted in the house or barn
• Cancellation policy:Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before expected arrival. If cancellation is made in less than 48 hours before arrival, it will only be refunded if a new booking/replacement can be made.

Guests are welcome to store their bikes in the barn, use the tennis court and the heated outdoor swimming pool in the summer, or, just relax in the extensive leafy gardens with a large parking area. In addition, there are several golf courses, riding stables and National Trust historic houses close by.
